We have a limited return policy for damaged or defective items only.
Damaged or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at abhishek.offizial@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The shipping label

The unboxing process

The damaged or defective item

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund request.
Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

A valid unboxing video is provided

The request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or reported without proof will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
